The School of Tai Chi and Esoteric Arts was established with one goal in mind: to help people on their path toward Self Knowledge. The exercises will allow students to get an awareness of the energy in their body, to increase it and harmonize its flow. It will open the mind and, more especially, the heart.
The school's founder David Fiske uses techniques drawn from a variety of disciplines learned over 40 years of a dedicated personal search. His Kundalini Shakti rose to his Sahasrara in 1962. During 1962 -76 spent years with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, studied, lectured and taught meditation in Europe, Scandinavia, England, South Africa and India (Jan 1969 to April 1970), (went on the pilgrimage to Amarnath in Kashmir Himalayas) studied, practiced and taught Taoist Tai Chi and related arts for 24 years and who has (as a spiritual discipline) gardened organically and kept bees since 1984. The School of Tai Chi and Esoteric Arts began with a realization that David had an authentic and original contribution to make to those treading a path he'd long walked. His experience and personal growth in a variety of martial and meditative disciplines are useful tools for students and fellow pilgrims who need a helping hand to find their own power, serenity and equipoise in a world of increasing turbulence.
